Plant Setup
Plant setup consists of Foundary & Fabrication shop. Foundry includes department such as moulding, melting, core shop, fettling, well equiped laboratory and heat treatment shop.
Fabrication shop includes area of 3600 Sq. Ft of working area with well equiped welding machine and gas cutting machine. It also has facility of overhead cranes of upto 3 ton capacity.
Also the setup has well equipped machine shop with Milling Machines, Lathes, Radial Drilling Machines, Shaping Machines and Macromatic CNC Machine with necessary Tools, Gauges and Measuring Instruments.

Before starting the process the patterns are checked dimensionally as well as aesthetically for any dents or burrs. The molding sand is checked for permeability, sand hardness etc. After molding, the mold hardness is checked before closing the molds. Parallely the charging is made in the furnace, the metal is checked for chemical with the help of spectrometer. The metal is tapped after checking the temperature indicator by adding innoculant.
